1) Shipping:

1. Free worldwide shipping on all orders above US$70;
2. All items typically ship within 24 hours or by the next business day (Monday – Friday);
3. We only use respected shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL or UPS for all shipments to deliver high-value packages in the fastest and safest manner;
4. We require that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address;
5. Our policy is that we do not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address;
6. We require a signature for the receipt of the package; and
7. We allow for an alternative shipping address – please contact us for this arrangement.

2) Insurance:

1. We insurance items above 1,000 USD in value and register all items for their full amount as per the invoice.
